ISM IT Solutions respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Underground @ Bendigo application.
Location Information
Underground @ Bendigo may request access to your device's location so that your position can be displayed in relation to historical mine shafts, underground workings and other features shown on the map.
Location access is used only to provide location-based functionality within the app. You can control or disable location access at any time through the privacy and location settings on your Apple device.
Account Information
If Underground @ Bendigo allows you to create or use an account, information necessary to provide and maintain that account may be collected and stored.
We do not sell users' personal information.
Maps and Third-Party Services
Underground @ Bendigo uses mapping and other technology supplied by third-party service providers. These services may receive technical information necessary to provide map imagery, map tiles, location functionality or related services.
Any information processed by a third-party service is also subject to that provider's applicable privacy practices.
Subscriptions and Payments
Underground @ Bendigo may offer paid subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
Payments are processed by Apple. ISM IT Solutions does not receive or store your full payment-card or banking details. We may receive information from Apple concerning the status of a subscription or purchase where necessary to provide access to subscribed features.
Analytics and Technical Information
The app or services used by the app may process limited technical information necessary for operation, security, troubleshooting and improving the service. This may include information such as device type, operating-system version and diagnostic information.
We do not use information collected through Underground @ Bendigo to track users across unrelated apps or websites for advertising purposes.
Data Sharing
ISM IT Solutions does not sell personal information collected through Underground @ Bendigo.
Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to operate the app, provide mapping or location services, process subscriptions, maintain app functionality, or comply with legal obligations.
Data Retention and Deletion
Personal information, if collected, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service or meet applicable legal and operational requirements.
Users may contact ISM IT Solutions to request access to or deletion of personal information held by us. Information processed independently by Apple or another third-party provider may need to be managed through that provider.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect information associated with Underground @ Bendigo from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
Children's Privacy
Underground @ Bendigo is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
